1. How can I view the free picks?
You must first register on the site as a member to see our free picks. Once you are a verified registered user, you will have access to the free picks and can come back at any time to view them. There is NO cost to register and become a Member.

2. I registered for your website, but did not get an activation email, what should I do now?
If you registered for the site, but never received an activation email, then please use the contact us page and let us know. Email is the best way to contact us.  We will respond within 4 hrs and most likely sooner to your email and help get this corrected.

3. I have purchased a package/subscription from you, how do I view the picks I have purchased?
Once we received verficication of payment from Paypal, you will be able to access your purchased picks from the "View Your Picks" menu item on the left side of the website. Please note that this process sometimes take 60 seconds to 3 minutes to complete.  You may need to refresh the page.

4. I have purchased a package/subscription from you with a check or bank transfer and its been more than a minute, why cant I view the picks I have purchased yet?
If you are paying with "Un-Verified" funds, such as an e-check or transfer from your bank account, you will not be able to see your purchase until the paypal sends us a verified funds notification.

5. What is TrackPicks and CappersWatchdog?
Unlike some un-professional handicappers that maintain their own statistics, we use 3rd party monitors to track our picks and statistics.  We go their websites and enter our selections. This way you can be sure that our record is reliable.  We use www.TrackPicks.com and www.CappersWatchdog.com which are unbiased sports monitors.  We link to their stat pages and feed them onto our site as well.  Both of these Companies use a 1 to 5 rating system, 5 the highest rating to grade selections which is consistent with our money management system.  We also show our picks on our website and you can see them on theirs about 10 minutes after the game starts.  They rank many Handicappers and you can see how we stack up.

6. I don't have a paypal account, do I have to have one to purchase your picks?
No, you dont have to have a paypal account to purchase our picks. When you are taken to the paypal form, just click "Dont Have a paypal account, click here" link and you will be able to use any major credit card to make your purchase! Its quick, convenient and easy.
